| 1. Can both network streams and HDMI streams be added to an NVR for recording? | Yes, both are supported. |
| 2. Does an SSD need to be formatted before installation? | No, it is formatted automatically. |
| 3. Is 2K 120Hz supported? | Only 1 channel of 2K 120Hz is supported. |
| 4. How many devices can play on the LAN at the same time? | About 35 at a 2M bitrate. |
| 5. Is decoding supported? How many HDMI outputs does decoding support? | Decoding is supported, but encoding and decoding cannot run at the same time. Decoding supports one HDMI output. |
| 6. Can the audio sampling rate be changed on the web page? | For HDMI audio input, the sampling rate cannot be changed on the web page. |
| 7. Does the device support recording? What is the recording resolution? | Recording is supported, but the device itself has no storage capacity; a hard disk must be installed to record. Hard disks are available in our store and can be purchased together; we install and test them before shipping. This model supports 4K recording. |
| 8. What is the maximum hard disk size supported, and how long is each recording segment? | A hard disk of up to 16T is supported, and each recording segment is 30 seconds. The recording duration can be customized as required; a customization fee applies. |
