| 1. Can it alarm when the picture is lost? | This function is not available at present; it can be customized if needed. |
| 2. Can we get root access to the board system? We want to install software on it. | No, but you can write the software and we will put it in for you. |
| 3. Is this ARM? Can Android be flashed onto it? | Yes, it is ARM, and Android cannot be flashed. |
| 4. What is the decoding capability? | The decoder capability is 4k60. Connected to a 4k60 video it can decode 1 channel; it can decode 9 channels of 1080p30 and 16 channels of 720p30 (currently the device can display at most a 9-screen grid; decoding 16 channels of 720P requires customization). |
| 5. What is the decoder latency? | Latency on a LAN is about 100ms. |
| 6. Can the decoder be controlled directly with a keyboard, or does it need a computer? | The decoder is controlled through the web page on a computer and cannot be controlled directly with a keyboard. |
| 7. Can the decoder control PTZ rotation? | No. |
