| 1. Can this stream to a self-hosted platform? | Yes |
| 2. Can it stream only when someone is watching, to reduce 4G traffic? | Yes. Using our streaming platform enables on-demand streaming. The 10-channel video encoder does not support 4G; you can choose a video encoder that supports 4G. |
| 3. Can PTZ cameras that support the ONVIF protocol also be PTZ-controlled on your streaming platform? | Yes |
| 4. Can it pull streams and go live without turning on a computer? | Yes, as long as you have a streaming address |
| 5. Does the device need to be on the same LAN as the surveillance camera? | Yes, they must be on the same LAN |
| 6. Can the management backend be accessed remotely? | Yes, you need to use our management platform |
| 7. Is there one that converts to GB28281? Is it OK if I have no national standard ID? My requirement is to convert RTSP streams from unknown manufacturers into ONVIF, Hikvision protocol or the national standard protocol. Can the national standard ID be filled in at will? | This one can do it; it will not work without a national standard code; you can, but you must have a national standard ID; the national standard code cannot be filled in at will. |

| 10. Are industrial cameras supported? Gigabit industrial cameras, gigabit? | Not supported. The gigabit output is not an RTSP stream; only network cameras that output RTSP streams are supported |
| 11. How is plugin-free recording achieved? How long can it be stored? | This model requires an SD card for recording. Recordings are played back via H5. How long it can be stored depends on how large an SD card you use. |
| 12. Can the video encoder be logged in to via ssh? | No. The video encoder supports telnet login, and the streaming server supports ssh login, but only customized devices support these. |
| 13. Can intranet penetration tools such as PeanutHull be configured? Is DDNS supported? | DDNS is not supported. |
