4、Is motion detection alarm supported? We need to remotely call the SDK on the server to obtain motion detection alarm data	Currently not supported; only remote retrieval of video is supported. Functions such as motion detection alarm require paid customization
5、What is the resolution of 4MP? Can it be adjusted?	The main stream is 2560x1440 and the sub stream can support 720P. The resolution can be adjusted
6、What is the power consumption of the camera? How long can a 30000mAH battery last?	Power consumption is about 12V 100ma, lasting about 30 hours
7、Can it take photos periodically and upload them to a cloud server, for example one image per minute automatically uploaded?	Yes

15、Do the 4G and WiFi versions support wired networks?	Yes
16、Does 4G also support WiFi at the same time?	No, you can only choose one of 4G and WiFi (the SIM card only supports 4G, not 5G; WiFi only supports 2.4G, not 5G)
17、If pushing streams directly to my own server, what requirements does the server need to meet?	It must support the RTMP protocol
18、Do 4G cameras support APN cards?	APN cards are not supported; only ordinary unrestricted cards are supported
19、Can it push streams to a locally deployed streaming server?	Yes

23、Are there restrictions on 4G cards? Are IoT cards OK? What about directional cards?	Unrestricted cards are supported. IoT cards are OK. For directional cards, you need to communicate with the operator to open these two domains and ports and add them to the whitelist
24、Does the camera support cross-segment WebRTC viewing?	Yes. The protocol needs to be tunneled through the cloud platform. Tunneling supports one terminal for cross-segment viewing. If the tunnel succeeds, no traffic fee is generated. If the tunnel fails, it needs to be relayed through the cloud platform and traffic fees apply, with no limit on the number of terminals
25、Does it support storage to a network hard disk?	Not supported in stock models. Network cloud storage integration requires paid customization. The specific fee is evaluated based on the cloud to be integrated. Generally, integration with Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud costs 5000, and integration with other cloud servers requires specific materials for evaluation

31、How is your 4G card charged?	Hello, this is our 4G card charging method， Note: Our 4G card has a whitelist restriction and only supports our own domain: xstrive.com. If you need to add your own domain to the whitelist, there is a minimum order quantity of at least 20 cards
32、How do I check the data balance of your 4G card and how do I recharge it?	Search for the mini program on WeChat: XST Video Link, or scan the QR code below, enter the SIM card number or ICCID, then bind it and check the balance and recharge:
33、How to integrate cloud storage?	Cloud storage requires separate paid integration. Currently supported: Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud. The integration fee is: 5000 (integration with other cloud storage requires separate fee evaluation). TS format is supported by default. If MP4 support is required, the fee increases by another 5000. The storage is sliced data with a default time interval of 30S. The time interval can be changed, but not freely by the customer; it can be preset in advance according to customer requirements
34、Can we pass a start timestamp and end timestamp and you return the sliced video within that range?	Yes, the granularity is 30S
35、How is the signal penetration? I want to install it in something like a cable well	Probably not feasible. The 4G signal of our camera is slightly worse than that of a mobile phone
