├── Interacting with viewers' bullet comments
├── Switching shots / overlaying picture effects
└── Pushing the stream to the target live streaming platform (Douyin/Bilibili/YouTube, etc.)
Detailed Deployment Steps
Step 1: Outdoor-end deployment (only needs to be done once)
- Power on the Q10 device (DC 12V) and connect it to the network (4G/5G module or wired network cable)
- Log in to the Q10 management platform and obtain the RTMP push address (format:
rtmp://server address/stream key) - Find the "RTMP Live" option in the settings of the DJI camera / action camera or other shooting device
- Fill in the Q10 RTMP push address, save it and start streaming
- Confirm that the device status light shows that streaming is normal
Step 2: Indoor-end setup (host operation)
- Open OBS (or other live streaming software) on the computer
- Add a source → select "Media Source" / "Stream Source" → fill in the pull address of the Q10 platform
- Preview the picture and confirm that the outdoor video is transmitted smoothly
- Configure the scene layout (subtitles/Logo/picture-in-picture can be overlaid)
- Click "Start Streaming" and select the target live streaming platform
Core Advantages
| Pain Point | Q10 Solution |
|---|---|
| The host must be on site | The host sits in an air-conditioned room indoors and the device sends the picture back automatically |
| High visa/travel costs for cross-border live streaming | Devices deployed at any location at home or abroad, zero travel |
| Bad weather affects live streaming | The device withstands 0~70℃, so people do not have to suffer |
| Time differences cause host fatigue | The host works on a normal schedule |
| Professional technicians are needed on site | The outdoor end only needs a simple RTMP address configuration |
Questions Customers Care About Most
Q: What if the outdoor network is poor?
A: Q10 supports 4G/5G network module access, so streaming is possible anywhere with mobile signal coverage. It also supports wired broadband access, which can be selected flexibly according to on-site conditions. The maximum bitrate is 50Mbit, so even a 4G network can guarantee basic picture quality.
Q: How much latency is there? Can interaction be real-time?
A: Latency depends on the network environment. Domestic 4G/5G networks usually have a latency of 2~5 seconds, which can meet the needs of most live streaming interaction. If ultra-low latency (<1 second) is required, it is recommended to use a wired network + USB local mode.
Q: Can it be used abroad? For example, streaming from the US back to China?
A: Yes. Q10 is based on the standard RTMP protocol and is used worldwide. As long as the device has a network abroad, it can push the picture to the Q10 platform, and the host pulls it domestically and pushes it to a domestic live streaming platform. The reverse is also true — if the device is in China and the host is abroad, live streaming still works.
Scenario 2: 📡 Synchronous Multi-Platform Live Streaming — One Capture, Covering All Platforms
Applicable Customers
- Brand marketing departments (press conference distribution across the entire network)
- E-commerce teams (multi-platform synchronized selling)
- Education and training institutions (multi-terminal course live streaming)
- Media organizations (multi-channel broadcasting of events/news)
- Government and enterprise units (multi-platform information release)
Working Topology (USB mode — most commonly used)
│
├── DJI camera (HDMI output)
├── DSLR/mirrorless camera (HDMI output)
├── Camcorder (SDI/HDMI output)
└── Phone (USB/wireless screen casting)
│
↓ [HDMI/USB cable]
[Q10 live streaming device]
│ Capture + encoding + distribution into 3 independent UVC streams
↓ [USB Type-C cable · wired connection]
[Computer] ← Must be on the same LAN as Q10
│
├── Open [Device Manager]
│ └── You will see: 【Q10 UVC Camera #1】
│ 【Q10 UVC Camera #2】
│ 【Q10 UVC Camera #3】 ← 3 virtual cameras
│

├── [Bilibili live tool] → Select "Q10 UVC Camera #2" → Stream to Bilibili ✅
└── [Xiaohongshu live tool]→ Select "Q10 UVC Camera #3】→ Stream to Xiaohongshu ✅
Result: 3 platforms live streaming at the same time, each controlled independently!
USB Mode Operation Steps
-
Hardware connection
- Connect the video source to the Q10 input interface via an HDMI/USB cable
- Connect Q10 to the computer via a USB Type-C cable
- Make sure the computer and Q10 are on the same LAN (under the same router) -
Driver recognition
- Windows: Open "Device Manager" → "Imaging devices" → you should see 3 Q10 UVC cameras
- Mac: Open "System Information" → "Camera" → you should see 3 Q10 devices
- No driver installation is required; the UVC standard protocol is plug-and-play and driver-free -
Software configuration
- Open the first live streaming software (such as Douyin Live Companion) → add a camera → select Q10 Camera #1
- Open the second live streaming software (such as the Bilibili live tool) → add a camera → select Q10 Camera #2
- Open the third live streaming software (such as the Xiaohongshu live tool) → add a camera → select Q10 Camera #3
- Log in to accounts, set titles and start streaming in each software separately
Network Mode Operation Steps (20-channel streaming)
When more than 3 platforms need to stream at the same time, use network mode:
- Connect Q10 to the network via a network cable or 4G/5G
- Log in to the Q10 management platform
- Add streaming targets (up to 20 RTMP addresses)
- Obtain the push address and key of each platform from the corresponding live streaming backend
- Start streaming, and Q10 automatically distributes the picture to all targets simultaneously
Core Advantages
| Pain Point | Q10 Solution |
|---|---|
| Multiple platforms require multiple computers | One computer + one Q10 = 3 platforms broadcasting simultaneously |
| High cost of cloud distribution services | One-time hardware investment, no ongoing service fee |
| Inconsistent picture quality across platforms | Encoded from the same source, uniform picture quality |
| Complex operation | Plug and play, no professional technical background required |
Scenario 3: 🎥 Capture Card Mode — Q10 Replaces a Standalone Capture Card
Applicable Customers
- Individual streamers (limited budget, need to capture camera pictures)
- Small studios (DSLR/mirrorless cameras connected to a computer for live streaming)
- Video conference users (HD cameras connected to Zoom/Teams)
- Teachers recording courses (camera pictures captured into course recording software)
Why Can Q10 Replace a Capture Card?
Traditional solution:
[Camera] → [HDMI cable] → [Standalone capture card (¥300~3000)] → [USB cable] → [Computer]
↑
Must buy! Must install a driver! Uncertain compatibility!
Q10 solution:
[Camera] → [HDMI/USB cable] → [Q10] → [USB Type-C cable] → [Computer]
↑
Capture card function already built in! UVC driver-free! 3 channels!
