Get streaming status: (0 means error, 1 means the streaming setting is disabled, 2 means normal)

Visit http://192.168.0.10/jsonfile/rtmpstatus

means that for channel 1 and channel 2, RTMP publishing address 1 streaming is normal
for channel 3 and channel 4, RTMP publishing address 1 streaming is disabled

Visit http://192.168.0.10/jsonfile/rtmpstatus1

means that for channel 1 and channel 3, RTMP publishing address 2 streaming is normal
for channel 2 and channel 4, RTMP publishing address 2 streaming is disabled

Enable/Disable Streaming

channnel = number of channels - 1
value： start means enable, stop means disable
