- Upload a message when a moving object is detected

Notes
- After sending data when a moving object is detected, wait 30s and then check again whether there is motion. If there is still motion, there is no need to send again after 30s; if there is no motion after another 30 seconds, send 0
Send 1 when a moving object is detected
