Brief Description:

Face registration. Supports registering a single face. If you need to register multiple faces, call this API in a loop (implement it yourself).

msg	string	Error message, present when code>0
id	string	Face ID

Notes

auth value: for example, if the device login username is admin and the password is admin, then auth = md5(adminadmin)
