Notes
- cmd has the following values
-- scale: fast forward, slow playback value: 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 4
-- seek: random seek, in seconds value: -1, 0-end seconds (-1 plays from the current position. 0 plays from the beginning, 100 plays from 100 seconds)
-- pause: pause streaming (use with caution; it must be used together with playback to prevent the device from freezing)
-- teardown: stop streaming
